We are passionate about youth activities and supporting the local community, but traditional apps used to manage these tasks are far from ideal. Often, apps such as these are widely seen as the source of many of the negative issues facing young people online - such as bullying, grooming, abuse and the sharing of sexualised images and pornography. This not only potentially introduces the young people to significant risk but also the organisation themselves, who could be viewed as having introduced the risk in the first place.
We built CTZN to allow any youth organisation who care about how they engage with young people to take back control. CTZN provides organisations with the first, dedicated alternative to managing the activities they provide for young people over traditional platforms such as Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Twitter.
The demand for CTZN is growing. CTZN is to be rolled out to the rest of the UK in 2017 and our family is growing fast.
We're always on the look out for individuals who strive for excellence, who can work well in a start-up environment and are prepared to stand out from the crowd.
If this sounds like the sort of atmosphere you'd like to work in and a mission you could get behind, check out our current openings.
